What is Underbark?
Underbark shows your recent sleep, Recovery Score, and Activity Score in the context of your personal history.
Is Underbark available on the App Store?
Underbark is not yet publicly available on the App Store. Current TestFlight testing is private, and there is no public way to apply.

Does Underbark require an account?
No. An Underbark account is optional. It can store your Sign in with Apple identifier and eligible Plus access. Apple's Restore Purchases remains available without an Underbark account.
What terms apply to the Underbark app?
Underbark uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple's purchase and subscription terms apply to App Store transactions. The app links to the same agreement from Settings and its subscription screen.
What Apple Health data does Underbark use?
With permission, the app may use health data from Apple Health, including recorded sleep, heart-rate, heart-rate-variability, breathing-rate, blood-oxygen, temperature, activity, exercise, and workout records, along with Apple’s measure of breathing interruptions during sleep. Blood oxygen, breathing interruptions, and temperature are shown alongside your night and do not change a score. Availability varies by permission, device, and whether the device or app supports and recorded each type of information. Sleep detail also depends on how much of the night was recorded.

Why can a night or metric be incomplete?
A night or metric may be incomplete because a device was not worn, was charging, permission was unavailable, recording was interrupted, a source did not provide the metric, or a device does not support it. Underbark leaves those gaps visible.
How is a personal baseline different from a population average?
A personal baseline compares available observations with that person's recent personal history. It does not treat a population average as individualized truth.
Can Underbark diagnose a health condition or tell me whether to train?
Underbark is informational wellness context, not a medical device, diagnosis, emergency service, or instruction to train. Ask a qualified health professional about health concerns, and use local emergency services when needed.
